Love Is Blind might be filled with drama and surprises, but at its core, its real magic is romance — the promise of watching two people fall in love without ever seeing each other and then walking out of the pods engaged. As we learned during Season 2, sometimes so many people get engaged during the experiment, production simply can’t follow them all. Therefore, some pod-posals are left out of the series, and those couples explore their connections outside of filming. When viewers watch Season 3 unfold this fall, they may wonder if this latest pod squad has any similar secret love stories. But fans this season are getting all the love this cast has to give. Kinetic, the production company behind Love Is Blind, confirms there were no Season 3 engagements left out of the reality show this time around. In that same vein, no surprise couples have gotten together post-filming à la Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams, who flirt with a relationship in Love Is Blind: After the Altar Season 2.
This differs from the last two seasons of Love Is Blind. In Season 1, Rory Newbrough and Danielle Drouin left the pods engaged, as did Westley Baer and Lexie Skipper. In Season 2, Joey Miller proposed to Caitlin McKee, and Jason Beaumont and Kara Williams also fell for each other. All of these duos eventually decided to go their separate ways, although Caitlin, Joey and Jason all detailed on Instagram the different ways the Love Is Blind experiment expanded their understanding of love and dating. While most of these ex-fiancés haven’t given an update on socials about the current state of their love lives, Danielle has been happily shouting from the digital rooftops about hers. She married new partner Kerrington Sky in September, captioning her wedding Instagram announcement “Mr. & Mrs. Sky.”
